S — But when they had stretched him out for the whips, Paul said to the centurion who was standing by, "Is it lawful for you to flog a man who is a Roman citizen and uncondemned?" 26 When the centurion heard this, he went to the tribune and said to him, "What are you about to do? For this man is a Roman citizen.

But the Porcian and Valerian laws exempted Roman citizens from such beatings without trial. Paul's citizenship excluded him from being tortured for information, and together with his being untried, it excluded him from punishment.

A — Paul knew what he had. He used it. Citizenship wasn't just a status to him — it was a tool, and he picked it up at the exact moment it mattered.

You have the same thing. God didn't hand you your life by accident. Your job, your neighborhood, your school, your season — none of it is generic. Nobody else stands exactly where you stand, with exactly your access, your relationships, your influence. That's not coincidence. That's positioning.

So what do you have that you haven't picked up yet? What door is sitting open that only you can walk through? Stop waiting for a bigger platform. Use the one you're already standing on.

R — Heavenly Father, You are Jehovah Jireh, our Provider. Thank You for the doors You've already opened in our lives. Give us eyes to see them and courage to walk through them. Empower us to steward everything You've given us — for Your presence and Your voice to reach the people around us. In Jesus' name, amen.
