Since 1992, Chris Bonham has walked alongside people through growth, change, challenges, and some of life's most important transitions. As a pastor, executive leader, and organizational architect at Grace Family Church in Tampa, Florida, he helped guide a church that started in a strip mall and grew into a thriving multi-campus community serving thousands of families. Along the way, he gained firsthand experience navigating leadership, culture, team development, organizational growth, and long-term vision.

But Chris's passion has never been simply building organizations—it's helping people grow.
