Bible Study - Romans 9

S - "But who are you, O man, to answer back to God? Will what is molded say to its molder, 'Why have you made me like this?'" — Romans 9:20 ESV

O - Paul is challenging man's audacity to talk back to God and even question his actions. The question, "Why have you made me like this?" quotes scripture found in Isaiah 29:16.

A - This takes me back to Job. He questioned God too. And here's the thing — I don't think God minds our questions. Real relationship means both sides will push and be pushed. But there's a line. Questioning God is one thing. Doubting His character is another. That line is easier to cross than we think. Guard your faith there. Remember: what happens is under God's sovereign hand, and He is working it for your good.

R - Heavenly Father, You are good. Thank You for all You do and provide. Even when it's hard, we put our full trust in You. We love You, and we know You're working all things for our good.
